Is there any noticeable improvement in an 8mb hard drive buffer over 2mb?

I just realized the Seagate 7200.9 drive I ordered only has a 2mb buffer (120gb/7200rpm ATA) instead of the nicer 8mb. Is there any performance difference? I can always send it back and get a different one...

I definitely noticed a huge difference when I first moved over to an 8mb cache HD. If its not too much of a hassle, I would recommend that you exchange it for an 8mb one.
