The Abit does NF7-M does not have the MCP-T, however the 8RGA+ does. I have no idea on the Leadtek.

I just setup an AOpen AK79G-1394 and it has the IGP & MCP-T that you're looking for. I set it up with a 2500+ Barton and 2 x 256mb Corsair PC2700.
I did have to flash the BIOS because of some stability issues. But that was done from inside Windows with AOpens flash utility. It was very easy to do and fixed the problem as well as added some BIOS features. The cheapest I've seen this MB is at Newegg for $115 shipped.

If I were doing it all over again, I would probably opt to spend the extra $15 and go with the AOpen AK79G MAX. The MAX version received some really good reviews and it's packed with features.

My 2 cents ;)

here is the linkified Shuttle MN31N microATX board.

Since it's microATX, it only has 3 PCI expansion slots, however ) : ... I've been trying to figure out if I would, in fact, need 4 or 5 PCI slots instead. Doh! I wish this was full ATX, then i'd be all over it!

And plus even tho it's MCP-T, the NewEgg spec says: "Onboard Audio: Realtek ALC650E (6 channel audio)" ... does that mean no SoundStorm? I don't even nkow WTF soundstorm is anyway ) :
