Is there any laptop with over 3.5 GHz base frequency? What is the price? Can Intel core i7 7700K cpu be use inside laptop to get more frequency?
 
There are some $2,000+ gaming laptops that are big, very heavy and use desktop CPUs.

What is your budget, and do you mind the laptop weighing 6 - 10 pounds?

Why do you need a 3.5 GHz base speed instead of just a high turbo speed?
