Is there any info on the thermal envelope for Penryn?

Since Intel is demonstrating the quad core at 3.33GHz I would think the new 45nm process might be significantly cooler than the 65nm process. From what I'm reading around here Kentsfield is one hot number over 3GHz or so.

The cooler in the pics doesn't look to be elaborate especially considering it's running at 3.33GHz. Perhaps the real benefit of Penryn will be less thermal problems and therefore some great overclocking.

Anybody read anything about this?
