this post is related to the one i posted below, but I need to make a simple database based runtime.
But Access is too difficult for me to learn, because i'm not a programmer.

Is there a program(if it's free, even better) where one can make one with visual gui format?
if someone can make a recommendation, i'd be grateful.

thanks,

ttt - maybe a program that we could just make a visual ER diagram and that would create the tables and entities that we need with the varibles.. and allow for easy read/write capabilites.

Yikes, if you think the Access GUI is difficult to use, I think you're going to be in trouble. It really isn't that hard to do in Access, and I don't see why you need to know programming (at least to just create the database). Access is BY FAR the easiest DB tool I know of.

If you can not handle Access using their wizards, you best consider paying some-one (retainer) to work with you on your ideas.

Most other DB are much more complex to initially setup.

Filemaker might be easier than Access, but it sucks ass.

I agree. Pay someone to do it.
