Is there ANY difference in picture quality when setting the card to Performance or High Performance in the NV drivers?

My question is quite clear, if you set your nvidia graphic card's quality mode to Performance or High Performance, are you missing picture quality when playing games or viewing/editing photos?

i cant tell the diff between HQ and Q but i can tell the difference when i switch it to performance, and especially high performance.

if you want the best possible 3d mark, use high performance, all other times use at least Quality setting. only affects games i believe, in P and HP modes shimmering is painfully obvious, AF quality just isnt up to par, i dont like it so thats why i use High Quality at all times.

THANK YOU!! So, you are telling me that most of you run the 3DMARK bench with the High Performance setting on, aren't you?
