Is there any Conexant pci 56k winmodem , WindowsME drivers?

From what I can tell, Conexant is the new name for Rockwell, who makes the chipsets for modems. Do you know what actual brand the modem is? Can't find any drivers for conexant modems in general... need at least the specific manufacturer of the modem itself.
