Is there any better rate and fee's for savings account like ING?

No.

The closest would be a local Credit Union but I doubt they'd be able to match ING Direct's 2.75%.

My CU fortunately offers no fees, unlimited check writing, no minimum balance requirements, low APR car loans (starting @ 4.9%) AND 2% for savings accounts.
