Is there any benefit?

I am planning on getting the following

P4 2.66

My question is, is there any benefit to me buying PC3000 memory over PC2700 memory? Both are Cas2 rated. The motherboard only supports PC2700, and the manufacturer says the ram will overclock. It is HyperX

Instead of getting PC3000... why don't you just get PC3200... which is rated for 200 Mhz (400 effective)

all the ones i've seen have hit 200FSB
