Is there any 1.8 volt DDR 2 1066 memory?

A retailer's product description will only give you base specifications. Gigabyte has a web site with full specs and downloadable manuals. Link

The official standard for all DDR2 RAM is 1.8 volts. Higher clocked RAM almost always requires more than this to squeeze out the extra speed. The motherboard is an enthusiast product, and absolutely allows you to adjust voltage. Just remember to do so when you turn it on, as it is required to default to 1.8.

Thanks. If initially I do not overclock, I can just let it default to 1.8 volts and run at ddr2 800, right?

800 might want more voltage... you'll have to check the specs for the RAM when you buy it.
