Is there an XP compatible alternative to Web Washer that concentrates on saving bandwidth through ad/pop-up blocking?

Web Washer's features have me sold, but it's not XP compatable. I guess it's not much of an issue for them, because it's primarily targeted to corporate users who aren't yet running XP on their servers (Windows.net Server is a ways off from being a reason to work on compatability! :p). They say they'll add compatability, but there is no date and it isn't even on their release forcast. The most important features for me are:
Banner blocking based on size
Limits image animations
Pop-up blocking based on customized list and banned URLs
Doesn't just not display ad content, but never downloads it
etc

I've installed WebWasher 3.2 Beta3 on many a WinXP Home/Pro system and had absolutely no problems at all. It's functioned perfectly every time.

Officially it's not compatible, but 3.2 Beta 3 seems to work every bit as well as it does under supported OS's in my experience.
