Is there an S-video or a/v to coax converter?

Hello all, and Happy Holidays!

I've got a DVD player that I want to give to a friend but her tv only has the basic coax connection in the rear. Does anyone know if I can use the coax on the back of the DVD to directly connect to the TV like the old VCR's do? If not, do you know if there is a convertor out there that might help?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that's what it's there for.

I've never seen a DVD player with an RF output. (coax)

To do what you want, you need an RF modulator which you can get at any Radio Shack, Best Buy, etc., like this.
