Im just wondering if theres an IRC channel if there isnt should we make one? I propose Quakenet servers cos they one of the biggest and would work for me the best because I hang there anyway.

Doesn't matter where you hang, newer versions of mIRC allow you to connect to multiple servers at one time with the same client. Saves me a ton of time (I operate on 5 different networks).

I'll be happy to throw one on GamesNET.
 
k, can't do it on GamesNET unless a member of staff requests it. Up to you folks. 🙂
 
I am a server admin on irc.novernet.com , we are a stable net of 800-1000 users and have been around since the early 90's. We have several servers in the US, one in .ca and one in .de. If anyone is interested, we could have a team channel there.

If it is really possible to be on many server on one client it would matter to me which server it was, would be kind of cool to chat with ya all since all I hva e done until now is used this board which is really social...
 
I'd like to know if you guys finalize on a particular server, because I'd love to hang around in a TeAm IRC channel if one comes into being. 🙂
 
Welp, I guess I will just cut and paste what I said in the other thread...

There is still such a channel. But it's been real quiet. I usualy hang out there, but spend my time chatting in other channels as well.

FYI, IMHO, I guess some people say that the IRC system is a little offencive. But I guess, it doesn't matter where you go on there. There is always someone that makes it a bad experiance. Ops try to do what they can, but they can't always ban people just because they said something that offended you. Otherwise, there wouldn't be anyone on IRC. And that goes for the good people too.
