is there an equivilent to system file checker for win2k?

I need to check that my aspi drivers are installed ok as i think cdrwin has messed them up. When i go to defragment it tells me that ive used all available space and 40% is fragmented, even though i have 13 gig free!! Running defrag doesnt make any difference, same every time

Anyway, is there a system file checker? Anything else i can do?
