Getting ready to replace my mobo, processor, and RAM so I'll need to do a clean install of WinXP Pro. I have quite a few favorites saved and would like to know if there is an easy way to save them and use them when I rebuild my system??

actually there is
you'll go on the drive where you have your windows installed (i suppose it is XP)
then there is a folder called Documents and settings
there you should see all the useraccounts in your PC, select the folder called your username and open it, then you should see folder called favorites and just copy it to drive d: or something

I check out well over 10 or so bookmark places, etc. Don't know why this isn't as popular as it is...no banners, ads, bullcrap, and it's free. Been using it for over 3 years or so. You can export/import your bookmarks too. I use like 5 or so different computers daily so I need access to my bookmarks from all of them. Synchronizing them is impossible.

Just open up Explorer and press File-Import and Export. Then choose Export, then Favorites. Then select the destination (floppy if you want) and finish. There are a couple of "Next"'s to press in this but that is essentially it. BTW, you can also use the "Files and Settings Transfer" function and just do the settings. That will include the Favorites I believe.
