Is there an easy way to backup a single Exchange Mailbox?

I'm talking like a utility or tool to actually create a full copy of an exchange mailbox.

Currently, what I'm doing is locally creating a profile in Outlook, logging in to a given mailbox, and doing a full PST export.

Is there any way to do this without having to go into Outlook?

What are you trying to accomplish?

Archiving their mailbox before deleting it. However I am not an exchange server admin, only an AD admin, so I don't have access to the exchange box or it's backups.

If you're an AD admin, can't you give yourself Exchange rights?

One would think. However if I were able to do this, I would more than likely be escorted out the door shortly thereafter for various security reasons.
