Is there an application that lets you sort photos and move to folders automatically?

Hi guys, is there an application that lets you automatically sort photos by date taken or date created and then automatically move those photos to folders with dates as the name (i.e. folder name: "2014-01-01")?

I am currently sorting out all of my picture files by date taken and I am manually moving them to a folders I created, I know I can complete this sorting manually but if you got lots of pictures it will be easy to have an application that can move pictures automatically to folders named as dates.

I did try and found one application named "picturemove2.0" but it is not working. I also tried Picasa but it seems that there is no function to sort and move pictures to folders automatically.

Hi guys, just an update, I was now able to make photomove2.0 to work and it does a good job of sorting out the photos.

Does it move and name based on the metadata of the photo?
