For big files, like Linux images, I want to be able to limit my download bandwidth - instead of using a whole 350k, I want it to use, say, 100k or 50k, so it won't eat up my connection. This way I can have files downloading in the background and still be able to do other stuff normally. I use Firefox most of the time, is there a plugin or application that would let me do this?
