Is there an app that was will delete 'undeletable' files for me?

I.E., those stupid files that say they are always in use when they are not. I have two of them on my desktop I'd desperately love to remove.

Is there an app to do this?

Process Explorer should tell you what program has the file locked.

Set your boot drive to A:
Stick a floppy in the drive (remember what they look like :evil😉
Restart computer.

When you get a black screen (not the blue screen) type Format C:.

cleans up you undeltable files

Try an app called "killbox". Works for me in most cases.
