Is there an anti-virus program that will work on WinXP?

By work I mean it has the ability of real-time protection. Both Nortron and InnoculateIT told me "unsupported version" and refused to install background monitoring....

Does any other program work?

XP is still in beta. All the major SW companies will have stuff ready when XP drops or shortly afterwards.

I, too, did a search for such a beast, but I was only able to find a couple of programs that I hadn't heard of before, so I passed on those. Norton says it will have a product ready for XP when it comes out.

Norton AV will work. Just follow the directions on Symantec web site. "Symevnt.exe" must be upgraded before enabling real time protection. This update must be downloaded separately; does not get updated using the "Norton Live Update" function.
Kaspersky AV also works with WinXP.
