is there an adapter for power supplies without PCI-E power connector?

i bought a power supply for a friend but when it come i discovered it doesn't have a PCI-E connection for the video card. is there an adapter to hook it to one of the 4 pin molex connections?

Yep, they are very common, some mobo makers ship them with the mobo.
