Is there an actual city builder game for iOS?

I'm looking for a SimCity-type game for iPhone. Not one of the numerous Farmville clones or other wait-to-play abominations but an actual skill-based game you can play. I know SimCity 2000 used to be in the App Store but I guess they decided in-app purchases make more money so they pulled it. Any other options?

Also, is there any competitive RTS like Starcraft?

There's so much shovelware on the App Store, it's obscene.

The only Starcraft like game I know of is Starfront: Collision. Unfortunately, it seems to have disappeared from the App Store. It's only available on Android and OS X now.

Yeah, I bought Starfront and now I can't even play it. Gameloft just needs to go away already.

At least SimCity now has a 'Tokyo Town' update for iOS:

I tried searching for others but there is a definate dearth of games of this type, unless you want to build mud hits or castles...

There really isn't. And even Sim City is doing f2p stuff as well. Most of the builder type games are clash of clans type games where you build a little city through ages and attack people.
