Is there an a la carte upgrade from Win 8.1 to 8.1 Pro?

Can one buy an upgrade from Window 8.1 to Windows 8.1 pro? How does one go about doing this? I am considering buying a laptop that comes with 8.1 standard but I'd like to upgrade it to pro. (Without buying a full version of pro.)

I have a Pro license but I actually downgraded to Windows 8.1 Single Language as I don't need any of the Pro bloatware, like Bitlocker, and automatic drive encryption which is now available in Windows 8

With 8.1 Microsoft did a way with the upgrade versions of it and now only offer full, but you should be able to either

1) search for the Windows 8.1 Pro pack which will make it to pro (pack $139 VS $199 for full)
2) Inside Windows 8, go to Add features and it may list the 8.1 pro pack as well

I cant test this as my 2 machines are currently 8.1 pro

huh weird, when I go to the pro pack it lists it as 139,

edit - I see why now, it was because I was signed in my ms account so it took me to the Canada store.
still, $40 more fore Canada seems stupid
