Is there aftermarket STEREO that can be replaced in a LEXUS RX300

Looking to upgrade my wives car stereo with one that has NAV, and dvd' and etc...

but the air condition controls are built with the stereo controls.

DVD Navi/player + External Monitor.

Actually i speak: portuguese, spanish, english, hebrew, Yiddish. Learning French, and german since my wife also speak those languages.
