Is there a wireless router that can also be wired?

I just got my wife a laptop and would like her to be able to use it throughout the whole house, but I have 2 other desktops hooked up to a router. Is there a router that does both wires and wireless?

don't all of them do? most wireless routers usually have 4 ports for cables, no?

the vast majority of wirless routers are also 4 port wired routers.

I don't think I have ever seen a wireless router with out 4 or more wired ports. An Access point is what you are thinking of that doesn't have wired ports.

Yeah, when I got my wireless router, the offerings from Belkin, D-Link, and Linksys all had wired ports too.
