Is there a wireless mouse JUST like this except normal sized?

This is EXACTLY what i've been looking for for my desktop... A wireless mouse where the reciever is the size of a USB key drive and fits snug into the USB port with no wires or fuss whatsoever. I bought the laptop version and it works like a charm but the mouse is a tad small. Does anybody know if a similar mouse is available (again--no wires... just a USB reciever) in a regular-sized mouse??

What if you got a regular sized mouse, took the innards out, and installed the circuit board and what not from the laptop mouse?
