Is there a windows Utility to change Vcore?

I know that it is better to use the BIOS but my mobo's BIOS doesn't have that options to change Vcore. The BIOS chip needs to be replaced to upgrade BIOS version. I think I'll just try raising vcore from windows

Do you have the latest BIOS? Yes, you can change the vcore on the ASUS P5LD2-VM by setting the OC to manual in the BIOS.

I have the latest BIOS that my BIOS chip supports-0301, but to upgrade to a newer BIOS I need to upgrade the chip (I think so cause it wont upgrade to 0406). Sadly my current BIOS version 0301 doesn't have any overclocking options.
