Is there a Windows-based utility for flashing my P4P800 E Deluxe BIOS?

I'm running the original BIOS that came with this Asus board: 1002. I'm thinking that an update to the BIOS might resolve an issue I am having with Acronis True Image.

I don't have a floppy drive connected to this computer, so I was hoping for a Windows-based utility that could do the job.

A friend has it for his A8N Deluxe. Can I use his? I don't think my cd has it but I will check after work.
 
Do you have Nero?

Nero includes a dos based ima file, for creating a dos bootable cdrom.. you can then customize the burn, by creating a folder and adding the bios files to the compilation.
