Is there a winamp plugin that skips silence?

i don't mean the few seconds at the beginning or end of a track... i mean for the last track, when they sometimes put like 7 minutes of silence before a little riff at the end. is there any plugin that'll detect say, 6 seconds of silence and know to skip to the next time there's actual sound?

Googled and found this

I've never used it but it appears you can set a trigger and it will skip the part of the track that's lower than the set value.
