Is there a well-trafficked woodworking forum on the net somewhere?

I'm going to start soon on some home projects, and I'm trying to get all the info that I can. I believe I've watched the DIY channel the entire weekend :). Anywho, I want some great info on ideas and techniques, as well be able to ask questions about types of wood and anything I run into.

So, where on the net is the best woodworking forum? As usual, a forum that has high membership and lots of regular posters would do the trick just fine :).

I've got a few projects in mind. The first of which will be a workbench in the garage. I consider that a must before anything else. In the coming months after that, I'd like to build a new shelving system for the laundry room (as what's in there right now is unattractive and not practical at all), re-do some trim in the hallway (and hopefully the rest of the house eventually), and refinish a very old dresser that my wife and I use that was handed down to her from her mother and aunt (we estimate it to be atleast 40 years old or more).

Nope, no router (table). I'm currently building an aresenal of tools, although I have a LONG way to go. Next on my list is a circular saw, if that tells you how little I have right now. But with just that purchase, I can start on the workbench.

I've been looking at many, many workbench designs, and I just don't know which is for me. I think they are all a bit too specialized, so I'm leaning towards something very simple, with a large workspace and storage drawers. Hypothetically, if I were to decide to start building it tomorrow, my biggest hold-up is not knowing what kind of wood to use, and where to get it locally. So I still have a lot of research before I can start anything. Besides all that, I haven't even decided on a final spot in the garage for it yet :).
