Is there a website that shows you step-by-step how to do advanced Photoshop techniques?

I've been using Photoshop 7.0 for a while now, but mainly just for resizing pictures, cropping images, altering colors a little bit, etc. Just simple basic stuff.

I'd like to learn how to do more complex stuff like removing people from photos or adding someone else's head to another person's body without it looking like crap...stuff like that.

Is there anything good like that around?

This really isn't a tutorial on photoshop. http://www.retouchpro.com
They might have some useful stuff on there that you might be interested in. Some of the stuff people do is great. I don't have Photoshop, but I do have coreldraw and photopaint and am looking to learn more about image manipulation.

EDIT: It seems they do offer tutorials now. 🙂
