or a program to find out the last time a website was updated? for instance...when you use geocities or tripod or whatever, it gives you a date next to the file naming the last time it was modified...

is there a way, without knowing the password, to just figure out the exact date it was last updated?

long story, but it's rather important that i figure this out..
