Is there a way to watch TV on my computer?

I just got cable and i wanna know if theres a way that i can watch it on my computer. Do i need a video card with TV out or is it not possible.

You have to get a TV tuner card. You can get them seperatly or you can get a video card like the ati all-in-wonder.

You need to buy a pci TV tuner card & intall that in your pc.
