1) Go to recipient computer
2) Delete said email
3) ...
4) Profit?

not really, unless u can hack the gmail servers. by which time it's already on the recipient's incoming mail server if not already in their inbox

that being said, i found even within a corporate messaging environment the unsend/recall function does not work. you can send out an email internally, and immediately recall it, but to the recipient, they will see 2 pieces in the mailbox even AFTER you have unsent it, one with the original msg, then a notification that the sender has attempted to recall it. maybe it's a bad exchange server setup?

Haha.. I've been there. No, unless you can log into the person's email box to delete it.

darnit...ok thanks. It's not a big deal, I'll just have to rewrite an email and resend it. The one I sent out might cause some confusion

This is evil, but spam the recipient's inbox with several thousand emails.

I did that once as a favor to someone who sent an email to a girl he was dating he wanted to recall. Stupid college was running an open smtp relay and it took all of 5 minutes to start flooding it.

reminds me of the time my boss sent me a stupid email....so i forwarded it to a coworker with some nasty remarks about my boss sending me stupid emails. Only I made one mistake - instead of addressing it to my coworker I accidentally addressed it to my boss
