is there a way to UNDO a win98se reinstall?

to make a long story short while i was gone <somebody> (not me) decided that my computer need to be repaired... so they reinstalled win98se from within my perfectly working windows.

in my root direcotry there are a bunch of files like win98undo.dat which is about 111mb and win98undo.ini

so is there anyway to undo everything?

Go to control panel>add/remove programs and there should be an option to un-install.
