Is there a way to tell VRAM usage?

Is there software which I can leave running in the background which records VRAM usage of a video card?

The reason I am wondering is because some people report better performance with 640mb 8800gts than with the 320mb in the crysis beta so I would like to know how much VRAM is being used by the game.
 
I looked up how to do it in Rivatuner and it worked, thanks!

After playing crysis, the vram usage was around 450mb; I guess they were right!
