I've reported them as damaged before and they still wait 24 hours to ship out the replacement movie.

if you report as sent back but not cheked in, they ship the same day.

It has to be out for like 6-7 days before this option becomes available, but I do use this option whenever it occurs.

and he's confirm.. there is a room full of these and many people there dont care and chuck stuff around and open and watch them since they know u can just get another envelope and stick 2 in and return it..

the only problem is they dont know whats on it till it's open.... but yeah.. it sux

isn't mail fraud a federal offense? i hope they get busted.

he said its pretty hard.. since there are so much of it... its everywhere.. out of control..
