Just like you do stocks when you knwo the price is going down. Is there a way to profit off the impending housing bubble? (aside from buying all the foreclosed houses for cheap?)
 
SRPIX or you could short some reits.

Shorting builders is a way to go also.

Short the dollar while you are at it.
