Here's the situation: I just moved to a new apartment and it will be about 10 days before comcast and I can work out a time to hook up my broadband. In the meantime, I'm sharing a neighbor's wireless connection (YES, he knows and has consented to this!). This works great for the laptop I'm typing this post on, but this is an old laptop and a little annoying to even browse the web on.
My desktop is my normal workspace, but alas, it does not have a wireless PCI card or anything like that. What I would like to do is share the connection from my laptop (the computer capable of receiving wireless) to my Desktop PC. Is this possible? I have boxes of networking stuff, routers, and ethernet cables (crossover and otherwise) at my disposal here.
Also, for the record, both computers are running XP Pro.
