IS there a way to set iis to work behind a firewall aka passive settings so it resolves correctly to the outside world?

Such as you can do with warftp and servu
I do not see a setting for that

Thanks

so what resolves??? DNS??? That will go through a firewall automatically if you have your DNS server IP's set correctly...

btw:

this machine works fine with http, and the router is set to open all ports on this machine.

Hmm..
I wonder what else there is going to be in setting up iis- who needs book to study for MCSE 😉
