Is there a way to send a message in ICQ to more than one person at a time?

I want to send one messeage to several or all of my contacts in my ICQ list. Is this possibe? If so how?

When the message box for one person comes up hit the "more" button at the bottom.

they will know its a multiple recipient message though. so if you dont want them to know, do it one at a time still.
