If it is already instaled in your computer, just download this and run this:
http://www.cpuid.com/download/cpu-z-120a.zip <-----CPU-z

On the first screen of this program it will tell you all info about your cpu.

it's an Intel chip, and by package I mean retail package I guess, the one with the hsf and the chip

i have cpu-z but i don't quite know how to translate these numbers, i'm kind of familiar with FPO/BATCH #L338A985 or C30469-006 or something but not this.
