Since i moved to Canada from Singapore, my education had been screwed up bad due to frequent changes of high school. Thus my math from Grade 11 to Grade 12 is pretty much in a mess. Reflecting back to those turbulent times, I feel regretful for not doing enough practice in math. Now i am 18 and first year of college, i have come to a conclusion about how serious my math issues are. Is there a way to re-build the foundation at all or it is too late?

any experts here that can help me out?

Take a placement test at a local community college, then start at one class below where you test.

If you feel that you had a solid math background before the troubles began then take the time on your own to review and relearn the material. If you were having a hard time before that then it would probably be a good idea to retake those courses somewhere.

Of course, this is all dependant on how badly you need that material for whatever you have planned for your future.

As with any shaky foundation, start from sratch my friend. Rebuild the foundation so it won't be shaky. You can just skim through the easy parts that you know well, but start from beginning
