No, not over the network.

loogie, you have a sick mind... and a smart one too ;) This computer I'm on is mines really and its in my room, but today, some of my dad's friends who are interested in DSL used my computer and was testing the speed, and I had to use the bathroom to take a leak and when I came back, one of them were looking through my files, not sure if he saw that HD, maybe not because I have like 5 partitions and he was in the C:/ directory

You can't put a password on a volume locally, but you could assign user righ/permision if you create user profile in NT or Win2000 (Win9.x can have user profile, but you can't assign user right/permisions).

You could set the volume as a hidden volume in NT or Win2000, or set the folder as a hidden folder in Win9.x.
