Is there a way to monitor my wireless to log dropouts?

For instance, i was just chatting on Adium chatting when I was disconnected and reconnected, happens quite often (multiple times a day), also fairly often with browsing as well.

Is there a program that can monitor my connection and log when it drops my wireless? (want to determine if thats my problem as the wifi bar up top seems solid all the time)

Didn't think iStumbler can do it, but I may be wrong. Any ideas?

actually i may be wrong, i think iStumbler may be able to do this
