Can you upload a test file to both web sites so we can test the download speed?

Uptime is also important and ServInt VPS rocks.

Can download a shareware program called DUMeter. will show you your actual download and upload speeds as you browse things.

I agree with this recommendation... but make sure the same amount of data is downloaded ... otherwise the numbers can be skewed (sustained throughput is sometimes different than initial)...
