no no, I know that.... But Power Options only allows me to specify turning off the monitor after X mins of inactivity...
I want something like I can press a key and the monitors will go into standby mode immediately...

Turning off the monitors totally takes longer for them to come back up compare to just having them in standby...
Also running multiple monitors... so I was looking for some way to make all of them go into standby with 1 key (and all of them come back up with 1 key), rather than me turning them off (then on again) one by one...
