Is there a way to limit bandwidth for wireless laptop?

Hello,

I've a family member who's streaming about 10-15 videos and playing online games at the same time. I'd explained to her how she's using up the bandwidth; but she doesn't believe me (she thinks the video would finish faster with multiple streaming). When I visit any websites it take forever to load, download speed is slower than dialup.

Anyway, I've a Linksys WRT54GL Router with Tomato firmware, and my connection speed is 3/768. I'm not too familiar with networking, if there is a way to set the limit, can someone kindly provide a step-by-step guide on how to go about this?

Any help greatly appreciated, thanks.
