My upload speed is 0.49 LOL.

Anyway, is there a way to increase upload speed? VPN? I am really struggling to upload content on youtube 🙁

Raise your ISP access to a higher level. and/or shrink your file size.
 
You probably want to shrink your filesize. You can hardly tell a 8MB per minute video from a 50MB per minute video. 800 kbps seems to be the sweetspot for a high quality (max cpu usage/ max settings) x v i d encoding.

I dont think its that bad for how small it is.
