Is there a way to hide the caller ID when calling someone?

I'm trying to figure out if its possible to hide my caller id information when I make outgoing calls. Anyone know how to do that?
 
*67 Blocks Caller ID
*82 Lifts Blocked Caller ID, if you have that set as default and want to display
